Sani Development and Tourism Company SA Signs Agreement for Development of Sani-Kassandra Property
Sani Development and Tourism Company SA, the winning bidder for the development of the Sani-Kassandra property on the Halkidiki peninsula, has officially signed the agreement for the development of the area. The agreement, valued at 8.6 million euros, was confirmed by the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (TAIPED), a member company of Growthfund, the National Fund of Greece.
Property Details
The property in question is a vast plot covering 276,492.70 square meters, situated in an independent section of a larger area spanning 915,099.72 sq.m. It is located at Metochi Stavronikita, outside the boundaries of the municipal unit of Sani in the Kassandra region. This area is part of the farm of the Rural Penitentiary of Kassandra, offering ample opportunities for development and tourism initiatives.
