Shareholders entitled to dividends
Shareholders who are entitled to dividends are those registered in the issuer’s shareholder register as of June 28, 2024, as reported by Agerpres.
Payment methods
Shareholders who are clients of a Central Depository participant can collect their dividends through this participant. For shareholders who do not have an account opened with a RoClear system participant, payment is made through bank transfer, based on requests submitted by shareholders, or in cash, at the counters of Banca Transilvania S.A. branches across the country.
Distribution process
Starting from 2015, due to changes in the regulatory framework regarding the distribution of dividends and any other amounts owed to securities holders, dividend distribution is carried out through the Central Depository and the participants in the clearing, settlement and registry system.
