Shareholders to Vote on Extraordinary General Meeting Proposal in September
The management board of Corado-Bulgaria AD has proposed the payment of an interim dividend to shareholders of 0.1 lev per share gross from the profit for the first half of 2024, the company announced.
The total amount adds up to just over 1.3 million lev.
The supervisory board has approved the proposal, which is set to be voted on at the extraordinary general meeting in September.

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders has been announced to take place on September 11th, although it has not been officially convened yet.
The company’s report for the first six months of 2024 has not been published.

Korado-Bulgaria is one of the companies listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) that traditionally distributes an interim dividend for the first half of the year. However, the company made an exception last year due to a decline in sales and worsening financial results.
In the first quarter of this year, however, the company’s performance has seen a significant improvement, with an increase in sales and better financial results.
Strong Financial Performance Leads to Interim Dividend Proposal
The company has reported a significant slowdown in the decline of sales and an increase in profits. This trend has continued into the second quarter, with management even proposing an interim dividend before publishing the half-yearly report.
For the previous year, the company paid a dividend of 0.19 lev per share, totaling 2.5 million levs.
Shares of “Korado-Bulgaria” have increased slightly in the past year, with the company’s market capitalization reaching close to 61.4 million levs.
