New Auction Round for Complex Hotelier Dâmbovița SA Shares
Infinity Capital Investments SA is set to organize a new auction round on August 21 at 1 PM, with the deadline for document submission being August 19. This auction will involve the competitive sale of 1,754,222 shares of Complex Hotelier Dâmbovița SA, which represents 99.9998% of its share capital. The total asking price for the complete share package is 15 million lei, in accordance with the auction organization documents available on the Infinity Capital Investments website.
Compared to the announcement made in January of this year, the selling price has decreased by 25%.
Complex Hotelier Dâmbovița operates the three-star Dâmbovița hotel located in Târgoviște. In 2022, the hotel reported a turnover of nearly 800,000 euros and a profit of 76,000 euros. For 2023, the turnover increased to 971,000 euros, with profits doubling to 164,000 euros.
