INTRAFASHION ABEE (Pink Woman) and AXEL ACCESSORIES AE have announced the signing of a binding agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of AXEL by INTRAFASHION after the successful completion of the relevant due diligence, which is already in progress.
