At our company, we believe in the power of innovation to drive progress. That’s why we have created a platform called Innobox, where our colleagues can share and develop innovative ideas from inception to implementation. Last year, we opened up the Innobox platform to our clients as well, involving them in the ideation process.
In addition to Innobox, we have also developed a library of Accelerator Apps – reusable modules that help us accelerate the implementation of innovative solutions. By combining knowledge, open innovation, and reusable solutions, we aim to provide the best possible service to our clients and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing world.

Last year, we focused on innovations in artificial intelligence, improving the efficiency and productivity of the entire company, and preparing to meet the increased demand for AI from our current and future potential clients. These efforts were recognized with three Innobox awards, which rewarded our innovation champions for their ideas and implementations that benefit our clients, colleagues, and society.

Last year, Scalefocus was also honored with three Stevie® awards at the 20th International Business Awards®:
Gold Stevie® in the category “Most Innovative Technology Company of the Year – up to 2,500 employees”
In the category for Product Innovations, we won a Silver Stevie® award for accelerated and error-free early cancer diagnosis through hardware.
A Bronze Stevie® award was also presented for our HealthTech-related Technological project SoFit – a scalable integrated system that delivers hardware.
