HILS Development Reports Strong Sales Performance for 2024
HILS Development has successfully sold 356 of the 850 planned apartments for the year 2024, according to a recent company press release. The highest number of units sold in a single transaction was 39 apartments purchased at HILS Republica, followed closely by 30 apartments sold in HILS Titanium.
The majority of apartment buyers in the projects developed by Negoiță are utilizing their own resources, accounting for 61% of sales. This is followed by buyers using bank loans at 22%, and those opting for installment plans with the developer at 17%.
“The six projects launched to date are fostering a community of over 25,000 residents. We continue to maintain a steady pace of over 1,000 completed housing units annually, in line with our development strategy aimed at creating quality living conditions. Currently, we have 400 units available and plan to add approximately 150 more apartments by the end of the year, thereby ensuring our clients the assurance of immediate delivery,” stated Bogdan Bălașa, General Manager of HILS Development.
The developer aims to complete the HILS Brauner project, which consists of 1,336 apartments, by the end of the year, as well as the 370 apartments in the first phase of the HILS Republica project.
The company has completed three projects: HILS Pallady, Splai, and Brauner, totaling around 2,600 new housing units. HILS Development is a residential and mixed-use development company founded by Ionuț Negoiță, boasting over 19 years of experience in the real estate sector and having constructed and sold 11,000 housing units in Bucharest.
