Man Convicted for Assaulting Nurse Who Refused to Charge Phone
A man was recently convicted for assaulting a nurse after she refused to let him charge his phone in the hospital. The incident occurred when the nurse asked the man to leave the medical facility after he attempted to plug his phone into a socket. In response, the man became violent, kicking her in the back and punching her in the head.
The nurse sustained injuries from the attack and required medical attention. The man was arrested shortly after the incident and was charged with assault. He was found guilty in court and sentenced to a period of imprisonment as well as mandatory anger management classes.
