OMNIASIG Vienna Insurance Group is taking important steps in digitalizing and enhancing the experience of policyholders in the online claims management process. The new functionalities of the digital claims management process complement the previous resolution methods. In order to reduce and streamline the time allocated by policyholders to managing claims, as well as to provide easier and faster access to their claims files, OMNIASIG has launched new online functionalities.
1. Online Claim Filing for CASCO and RCA Policies
With the new “Fill out the claim form” button in the Claims section of the website menu, policyholders can now complete and submit claim forms directly from the company’s website, without the need to fill out physical forms. Documents can be uploaded online by the policyholder from anywhere they want, allowing for a more convenient and efficient claims process.

By simplifying and speeding up the traditional process, customers save precious time and benefit from a much easier claims process.
Real-Time Claim Status for CASCO and RCA Claims
With the “Check Your Claim Status” button in the Claims section of the website menu, insured individuals can now view the status of their claim at any time with just one click. They can see all updates and stages of the claims process, giving them greater control and constant information. Additionally, customers now have access to view the documents issued in the claim file, as well as any document requests.
Personal Injury Notification
For online notification of personal injury claims, there is a “Notify Claim” button on the homepage under Claims – Personal Injury in RCA. This allows for a quick and easy process for notifying claims online, ensuring efficient handling and communication throughout the claims process.
Easy and Efficient Damage Notification for Home Insurance Policies
Reporting bodily injury and death on RCA policies is now simpler and easier with this new functionality, allowing users to quickly find all relevant information for this type of damage.
Damage Notification for Mandatory Home Insurance Policies
OMNIASIG, in collaboration with the Pool of Insurance Against Natural Disasters (PAID), has launched a new online feature for reporting damages on PAD policies, providing policyholders with a much faster and efficient experience. Customers can now report damages online on www.omniasig.ro for natural disasters covered by PAD policies, also benefiting from assistance, where a dedicated team is available to support customers and promptly answer any questions or concerns.

OMNIASIG, in partnership with PAID, has recently launched new digital solutions for insurance claims. This functionality allows customers to track the status of their claims and receive real-time updates on the damage assessment process.
