One United Properties Announces Construction of First Hotel
One United Properties (BVB:ONE) is set to commence construction on its inaugural hotel, with an anticipated completion date in 2026. The upcoming Mondrian Bucharest will feature 103 rooms and suites, with design elements inspired by Petre Ispirescu’s fairy tale “Youth Without Age and Life Without Death.”
Revitalizing Abandoned Buildings
Mondrian Bucharest is part of the developer’s ambitious restoration project, which aims to breathe new life into four derelict buildings. These structures will be reintroduced to the public under the names One Gallery, One Athénée, Mondrian Bucharest, and One Downtown. The overall value of this restoration initiative has surged to a remarkable 260 million euros.
Strategic Partnership for Hospitality Excellence
Earlier this year, One United Properties entered into a strategic partnership with Ennismore, a rapidly growing hospitality and lifestyle company, to launch the first Mondrian hotel in Romania. This collaboration signals a significant step in enhancing the local hospitality landscape and delivering unique experiences to guests.
