7. Orders

The Products and/or Services purchased by the Customer from the website www.balkanbusinessnews.com are intended exclusively for the Customer’s personal use.

By completing the Order, the Customer guarantees that all the data provided is real and correct, otherwise he will be responsible for any consequence determined by these errors (such as, but not limited to, the Order being delayed, sent incorrectly, etc.). The website www.balkanbusinessnews.com, respectively the Seller, cannot be held responsible for erroneously entered information.

By completing the order, the customer expressly declares that he agrees that a representative of the Seller will contact him by any means available (e-mail/phone) to confirm the Order.

The Seller can refuse an Order following a prior notification addressed to the Customer, without any obligations between the parties and without the Customer being able to claim damages, for the following situations: failure / invalidation of the online transaction; non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the Client’s card / of the transaction; incomplete or incorrect Customer data; the Customer’s activity may cause damage to the Seller/partners; at least 2 (two) consecutive failed deliveries; other objective reasons, such as – without being limited to – the situation in which the Customer does not guarantee that the payment method is valid and that it is not obtained through a fraudulent method or there are suspicions regarding the payment method.

Even if he has taken all measures to ensure that the information presented on this website is accurate and correct, the Publisher/Seller cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies that may appear when the customer completes the forms on the website to complete the Order. Users are responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of the information provided in the forms available on this site.

In the event that a Product/Service ordered by the Customer cannot be delivered, the Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of this fact and, if the Customer has paid the value of the Good and/or Service prior to this information, to return it to the Customer’s account the counter value of the Good and/or Service, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Seller became aware of this fact or from the date on which the Client expressly expressed his intention to terminate the Contract. 

8. Billing – payments

The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the Order. The Seller will issue to the Customer an invoice for the Products and Services delivered, the Customer’s obligation being to provide all the data necessary to issue the invoice in accordance with the legislation in force. The customer will receive their own invoices, in electronic format, on their correspondence email account.Payment is made by bank transfer, to the previously mentioned bank account.

9. Processing of personal data.

By creating the User/Client account and implicitly completing the data in the account creation form, the client declares that he expressly and unequivocally accepts that all this personal data will be collected and processed without territorial and/or temporary limits by the Publisher/Seller, the affiliated persons and their contractual partners and can be transferred to them or to other entities in the country or abroad for the purpose of the Publisher/Seller, the affiliated persons and their contractual partners carrying out activities such as – but not limited to – promotion activities products and services, marketing (including promotional or information campaigns), advertising, market research, statistics, tracking and monitoring of sales and consumer behavior. Personal data collected is confidential. According to Regulation 679/2016 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, Law 190/2018 on GDPR, and Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, the Publisher/Seller has the obligation to process in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes the personal data provided by the Users.

The purpose of collecting personal data is: economic-financial management, advertising, marketing, statistics, information services, informing Customers regarding the status of their account on balkanbusinessnews.com, informing Customers regarding the evolution and status of Orders. The completion by the Users of the forms on the site is equivalent to the unconditional acceptance that these data are included in the database of balkanbusiness.com and with the use and processing by the Editor/Seller, its affiliates and collaborators for the performance of the activities listed above, including, but not limited to marketing, audit, courier, payment/banking service providers.

Thus, in cases of disclosure of such data, the User cannot hold the Editor/Seller responsible for any kind of damage.

Specifically, the Publisher/Seller requests the User/Client for the minimum personal data required by the exercise of the right to free expression and information (name, surname and email address valid for the User account via the contact form, when the User enters into correspondence with The Editor) and respectively compliance with a legal obligation (name, surname, gender, age, email, telephone and address, for Customers who wish to purchase Products/Services, to whom the website www.balkanbusinessnews.com issues invoices related to these purchases).

Users/Clients will receive commercial communications, via newsletter or mailing list, only to the extent that they have given their express consent for this, selecting the appropriate option from the “Subscribe to Nesletter” module, and they will always have the automatic unsubscribe option available.

By deleting the User account, his identity is anonymized in the published comments, and the data collected by the Editor/Seller deleted, with the exception of those resulting from compliance with a legal obligation.

The claimant who wants the removal of certain personal data must prove the legitimate interest, namely that he is the person affected by the illegal processing of the respective data.
