Issuance of Bonds by TB AI Bank EAD Sofia
The Financial Supervision Commission has registered an issuance of bonds by TB AI Bank EAD Sofia in the register of public companies and other issuers of securities for trading on a regulated market. The issuance consists of 200 interest-bearing, registered, non-cash, non-convertible, senior, non-privileged, unsecured, freely transferable bonds.
