Macedonia Turist Company Sees Increase in Shareholders

One recent transaction involved the purchase of 300 shares by Tanevska, at a price of 6,800 denars per share. This amounted to over 33,000 euros. The Central Securities Depository shows that over 5% of shareholders hold stakes in the company.

Donе Tanevski owns 22.21% of the shares, Sonja Bibamovska has 11.27%, and the pension fund “Sava” holds 8.8% of the shares in MacedoniaTourist. The company itself owns 10% of the shares.
Starting from April this year, when the average price was just over 5,000 denari, the share price of MacedoniaTourist has been steadily increasing. By July 5th, the shares were being sold on the regular market for 6,800 denari per share.
On July 11th, however, during the last trading session, the company’s share price even reached 7,480 denari per share, although only a small quantity of 15 shares was traded.
