Real Estate Sales in Bucharest Surge in July
The number of homes sold in the capital during July increased by 19% compared to the same month last year, reaching a total of 4,521 units, up from 3,782 units, according to data provided by the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Publicity (ANCPI).

The real estate market in Bucharest continues to be the most sought-after destination for those looking to make secure and profitable investments. In fact, Bucharest ranks among the top counties in Romania for the highest number of apartments and houses sold in July 2024.
Regional Sales Overview
Following Bucharest, the top counties for home sales in July 2024 include Cluj with 898 units, Ilfov with 895, Constanța with 860, Brașov with 827, and Timiș with 825 sold properties.
