Increasing Ownership in Skopje Refinery

The Greek shareholder in OKTA, EL.P.ET Balkaniki, is increasing its ownership in the Skopje refinery. The company informed the investing public through the Macedonian Stock Exchange. “OKTA AD – Skopje announces: Following a relevant notification, EL.P.ET. – BALKANIKI ANONYMI ETERIA PETRELEU increased its ownership by 5,000 shares, reaching a total of 694,875 shares, which corresponds to 82.1 percent of the total number of shares,” the announcement from OKTA to the stock exchange said.
