InteRo Property announces the construction of a new residential complex in Bucharest
InteRo Property is set to build a new residential complex on the former Aversa factory site in the Obor area. The project will consist of seven blocks with a total of 551 apartments. The developer estimates that the first residents could move in as early as 2027. The buildings on the site will be able to reach up to 27 floors.
Topolinski family acquires full ownership of the 10-hectare land in Obor
After paying the final installment of 12.5 million euros on July 31, 2024, the Topolinski family has gained full ownership of the 10-hectare land in the Obor area, currently valued at 120 million euros. “We are excited to launch our most representative and ambitious project to date, which reflects our family’s commitment to sustainable development in the Bucharest real estate market,” said Michael Topolinski, founder of InteRo Property Development.
Upon completion, the project will have a total built area of over 486,000 square meters, with 370,000 square meters allocated for more than 2,200 housing units and 115,000 square meters for commercial spaces.
InteRo Property Development to Build New Educational Facilities in Obor Area
As part of their commitment to the residents of the Obor area and the local administration, InteRo will be constructing a primary school with a capacity of 250 students, three kindergartens (with a total capacity of 150 places), and two nurseries (150 places).
SkyLight Residence Project to Boost Local Economy
InteRo Property Development estimates that SkyLight Residence will contribute at least 25 million lei in annual taxes to the local budget. Additionally, the developer has agreed to donate new streets worth 10 million euros to the local administration, which will be built as part of the SkyLight Residence project and will have a total length of approximately one kilometer.
