Fixed Interest Investment Offer
Our company is offering a fixed annual interest rate of 13% on investments, to be paid out twice a year.
The principal amount is expected to be repaid in 6 equal installments of 650,000 euros, with the first payment due on October 23, 2026. In 2027 and 2028, there will be two principal payments.
The issuer has the right to redeem the issuance on several fixed dates at a price that exceeds the remaining principal. The first such opportunity is scheduled for the sixth interest payment – April 23, 2027.
