Top Stocks Supporting the Benchmark
In the top three of the stocks that supported the benchmark in the session are “Sirma Group Holding” and “Doverie United Holding”.
The main index of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) closed just a step away from 870 points. The benchmark briefly crossed this threshold shortly before the end of trading, but failed to hold the value.
In the session, SOFIX rose by 0.35% to 869.4 points, BGBX40 added 0.23% to 170.37 points, BGREIT – 0.08% to 191.35 points, BGTR30 – 0.15% to 860.21 points, and beamX – 0.96% to 105.64 points.
Trade in Bulgarian Securities Reaches Over 5.9 Million Leva
The turnover from trading in Bulgarian securities reached just over 5.9 million leva, with nearly 5.3 million leva, or around 90%, coming from bond transactions.

Over 381.4 thousand leva were generated from deals involving foreign stocks.
M+S Hydraulic Drives Growth in SOFIX Index
“M+S Hydraulic” once again fuels growth in the SOFIX index, as the company’s shares increased by 2.88% in 4 transactions, with only 160 shares traded. “Sirma Group Holding” follows closely with a 1.82% increase, trailed by “Doverie United Holding” with a 1.62% rise.
Himimport Stocks Experience Biggest Decline
Meanwhile, “Himimport” stocks saw the biggest decline in the index, dropping by 2.03%.

First Investment Bank (FIB) is showing a growth of 1.29% in the stock market.
Top Gainers and Losers
Leading the way in growth among the stocks included in BGBX40 is M+S Hydraulics with an increase of 2.04%. Following closely are Sofia Commerce-Mortgage Houses with a 1.94% increase.
On the other hand, the top three losers in the broader index are Himimport, Sofarma Buildings with a decrease of 1.5%, and Alcomet with a 1.45% decrease.

From the beamX index, Webit Investment Network added 6.8% to its market evaluation, while IPOtech Sofcom gained 1.71%. In contrast, Biodit saw a decrease of 0.95%.
