Unemployment Rates Decline in Greece
The unemployment figures in Greece have reached their lowest point in the last 15 years, showing a significant decrease. The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate dropped from 10.3% in May to 9.6% in June. This change marks a positive trend in the labor market.
According to recent reports, the number of unemployed individuals in Greece has decreased by 30,600, bringing the total to 456,700. Meanwhile, employment has risen by 41,200, resulting in a total workforce of 4.29 million people.

Furthermore, there has been a notable reduction in the number of individuals under the age of 75 who are neither working nor actively seeking employment. This segment of the population saw a decrease of 12,800, leaving approximately 3.02 million people not participating in the labor market.
