One Technology District: A New Office Hub for Infineon Technologies
One Technology District is set to become a state-of-the-art office complex designed specifically for Infineon Technologies, with construction scheduled to commence shortly. The project is expected to be completed by the year 2026.
Long-Term Commitment and Project Details
Infineon has secured a lease for the building for a duration of 15 years, starting in 2026. The total value of the agreement amounts to €57 million, excluding VAT. The contract encompasses the development and leasing of an office space with a gross leasable area of 20,595 square meters, which includes 2,000 square meters designated for laboratories and 280 parking spaces.
Prime Location for Innovation
The office complex will be strategically located on Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard, directly across from the Pipera metro station. This prime location is expected to foster collaboration and innovation within the technology sector.
